Mike Coyle

Growing up in Hicksville, Long Island, Mike was known as a young “go-getter.” He graduated from the “Harvard of Long Island,” Hofstra University, with a bachelor’s degree in business. He lives by that mentality with everything he does, whether architectural signage, family life, or his favorite hobbies. Prior to Starting Coyle & Company Graphics in 2009, Mike acquired extensive experience in the architectural signage industry leading and developing a marketing and project management team for some of the largest architectural design firms in the world. It’s here that he discovered his love for SIGNAGE.

Darrin Portnoy

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from University of Delaware, Darrin honed his “skills” across a variety of ventures. He developed his talents in customer service through his position as lead associate in a large, Manhattan-based commercial real estate firm. Darrin then embarked on a lucrative commercial real estate career during the recession of the early 1990s and began working in the architectural signage industry. In 2009 Darrin co-founded Coyle & Company Graphics, getting back his true love, SIGNAGE.

Joseph Scarfogliero

Prior to starting Coyle & Company Graphics back in 2009, Joe entered the architectural signage world in 1999, which is where he built his extensive experience in production and operations. Even though Joe was raised on Long Island, he is a Brooklyn boy at heart — not just because his last name is Scarfogliero, but because it was on the streets of Brooklyn where he saw his first billboard — life was never the same. He looked up at those big graphics and was hooked. He didn’t know exactly what the road ahead would bring, but he knew he wanted to be around SIGNAGE.
